Our company history draws on a total of over 23 years of experience.
Mr. Rainer Ruschke, founder and managing director in Germany, started his activity as a graduate engineer for manufacturing and welding technology and business economist and founded the company Baufrank GmbH in 1989 and in 1993 ALGATEC started its activity in the field of aluminum and glass facade construction, with branches in several countries.
After almost ten years ALGATEC expanded and entered the renewable energy business.
Founded in 2005, ALGATEC Solarwerke GmbH not only developed the first automated production line for solar modules in Germany, but also went public as ALGATEC AG on the German stock market in 2008.
Over the past 23 years, ALGATEC has been active in various business areas worldwide...

Customized application We made solar energy mobile by implementing solar panels on various vehicles surfaces. Innovative, cost-efficient and thermo-stable making renewable energy portable and accessible everywhere.
Protect what matters We developed a water-repelling and heat-resistant organosilicon-based material which protects surfaces such as glass, metal, wood, concrete, minerals and a variety of synthetic materials.
Sustainable mobility We offer a network of „gas stations“ for electric and hydrogen-powered vehicles. Our stations operate solely and entirely on solar or wind energy. Our system allows to decentralize energy production and redefine the concept of gas stations as we know them.
